原本是tadnews1.2，因為校長要求要有簽收公告功能，
所以下載安裝tadnews2.0rc9
但是安裝後【管理後台】一片空白(但是可以發佈文章)
(有安裝tadtool 1.5)
不曉得還應該修改那裡??
請各位大大協助！謝謝!!
