想請教一下, 可否為 marquee 跑馬燈模組增加 手動scroll up 同 scroll down 按鈕 ? 因為如果行數多的話, 要等一個loop的話可能要等很久, 如果用戶可以自行強制scroll up, scroll down會很方便.
