問沒關係啦！寫那篇只是讓大家明白，當您的問題沒有下文時，那到底是發生了什麼事。

下次可以貼出警告訊息就好，其餘的訊息不是很重要。
從警告訊息可以看出您的php.ini中沒有去設定時區
所以，時間函數會無法使用。

我不確定這是否和無法上傳有關，但您可以先處理這部份，若還是無法上傳，那再來看看原因為何。
